How have we obtained your data and for how long do we keep your personal data?Personal data has been provided by you through the forms on the website or through contact with organization staff and will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not exercise your right to suppress or revoke consent. In this case, your data will be blocked and kept to meet the possible responsibilities derived from the treatment in accordance with the legally established deadlines. Regarding the management of candidates, the CVs will be kept for 2 years from the last update of the same. As of this period, those that have not been updated will be deleted unless you request otherwise.4. To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?Except in cases in which your data is processed for the purpose of providing information related to advertising campaigns, the personal data processed may be communicated to the following recipients:

• Banks and financial entities.

• Equity and credit solvency information entities.

• Office of consumers and users before any claim.

• By virtue of what is established in the Law, as is the case of the Security Forces and Corps.

• To the public administrations to which Grupo Tejedor Lázaro has to provide information in order to comply with our legal obligations.

• Group companies.

Will the data be subject to international transfers?The data may be subject to international transfers derived from the subcontracting of technological services and/or applications located outside the European economic area, in which case, they will be regulated in the corresponding contract by contractual clauses type, guaranteeing compliance with data protection policies that offer guarantees comparable to European ones in terms of privacy. 6.
