« I am a cat », by Natsume Sōseki. This novel revolves around a cat who lives with a series of crazy characters in the Japanese city of Tokyo. Through the eyes of this nameless cat we can learn about how the Japanese population lived in 1905. A reading that has fallen in love with us and captivated us.

Dog legs ”, by Carlos Droguett. This book tells the story of Bobi, a child who is born with dog legs that will make us reflect on how we treat those who are different and, in turn, animals.

A Street Cat Named Bob ” by James Bowen. When a street musician finds an injured ginger cat curled up on the landing of his apartment, he couldn't imagine to what extent his life would take a radical turn.

The Art of Driving in the Rain ” by Garth Stein. In Mongolia, when a dog dies it is buried at the top of the mountain so that no one can step on its grave. We warn you, have the packet of tissues on hand, because the novel is very moving.

Story of a seagull and the cat that taught him to fly ”, by Luis Sepúlveda. Zorbas, a “big, black and fat” cat, commits to a seagull to raise her chick and, above all, to teach it to fly. A task that will not be easy at all.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time ” by Mark Haddon. Although the protagonist is not a dog, but a child with autism, we have chosen this book because it touched our hearts. The death of a dog is what makes the protagonist of our story leave his small world and start interacting with the rest.

A cat does not enter my house: Diary of a first-time cat ”, by Pedro Zuazua Gil. It is a compilation of the articles that he has been writing in a diary. Its author, convinced that he will never have a cat, ends up finding Mía and the two end up forming a great team. Fun and laughter are guaranteed with the anecdotes of this first-time cat.

Tough dogs don't dance ”, by Arturo Pérez-Reverte. Wonderful crime novel in which the protagonists are dogs in a world where their own rules govern.

All the dogs in my life ”, by Elizabeth von Arnim. Duchess von Arnim tells her life through all the dogs that have accompanied her, highlighting their nobility above all.
