At Dibaq Petcare, we accept returns if the product has arrived in poor condition or is faulty, or if there has been an error with the order (for example, if the wrong item has been sent). In these cases, you must contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the order, providing photos of the product so that we can process the return.

For a return to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition. In the case of pet food, it is essential that the packaging has not been opened and that the seal remains intact. Returns of used or consumed products will not be accepted.
