Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Pet food products that have been opened or whose seal is broken.
  • Products that have been used or consumed.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or do not retain their original packaging and condition.

Returns are only accepted in the event of a faulty product, a product in poor condition, or if an error has occurred in the dispatch of the order.
